We are a small, dynamic company looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining databases Provide support to team members with their day-to-day tasks Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits Submitting files to the lenders provided Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output Following up with the lenders for all the files that are closed Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Platform Ability to work independently and in a team environment Working Hours:
